Kerry's work explores emotion through connecting simple, natural subject matter to our human experience of impressionism with the shot being “made in camera” with vintage lenses of many varieties. Some of his favorites being 1950’s and 60’s vintage nikkor. Kerry Phillips’s technical expertise has evolved immensely throughout the years working with award winning film directors of photography in his lengthy film career, learning to combine time, movement and composition at the right intuitive moment.
